Leanne has been commissioned continually to paint portraits for Perth families. Her commissioned oil portraits and paintings hang in a large number of prominent homes both in Western Australia and the Eastern States.
Do you have something creative in mind and would like to have an expert’s thoughts on how your great idea should be portrayed? Are you interested in commissioning an artwork? Here are the steps:
Discuss your budget and vision, etc. formal, informal, mood, setting, clothing, size, number of people, etc
Photo session is included in portrait price, however, if deposit to begin painting has not yet been received, a $500 photography session fee (in advance) is required for photo session and online gallery to review your images.
If it is impossible for us to do a professional photography session, we’ll consider working from your high quality photos. Sittings are welcomed if the portrait subject desires to do so.
After your online gallery is posted, we will discuss your images and details of the portrait to be painted. After details have been agreed upon, and your 50% painting deposit has been made, work on the painting will begin.
Price ($2,500 to $50,000) based on number of people, size, complexity, style, travel, framing, shipping, etc. Contact us to discuss price details
Upon completionof the painting (usually 2weeks to 3 months depending on complexity), the balance is due in full prior to shipping or upon delivery. Your portrait can be shipped, delivered or picked up at our studio
Artist will be happy to advise on framing, shipping and hanging. Artist’s portrait fee does not include tax, framing, shipping, packing, insurance or travel lodgin/flight costs.
Once the portrait painting leaves Leanne Pearson’s studio it becomes the sole property of the client so shipping insurance is highly recommended through UPS or Fed EX, an easy and affordable process. Your painting will be professionally packed by a trusted shipper. Fees available upon request determined by size of canvas, number of sitters, background details and complexity of portrait commission. Leanne Pearson will always offer options to suit your budget
